It’s a beautiful home . Walking distance toUNSW / UTS .Tafe , A Bus Stop is across the road . Bus takes 5-7 minutes to UTS.How ever the UNSW free shuttle goes past every 20 minutes , it’s close to shops and stores, Tram / Bus takes the students to universities . 

Students from other colleges and universities are welcome The student’s room is 45 square meters , annexed to a large sun room ,also 35 square meters , Fully air conditioned .,It has a large queen size bed . Student is welcome to use linen or bring their own , 

Centennial parklands is walking distance. 
Very quiet and peaceful and a great place to study . Beautifully interior decorated . The student will enjoy their stay . No pets are allowed .The student will have full access to laundry kitchen , lounge , dining etc , unlimited wifi at shared cost of $20 /week .Students need to pay a month’s bond . This is to ensure cleaning costs and other expenses . To be released on discharge.The student to give two weeks notice prior to move in . This is to ensure dry cleaning is undertaken lThere have never been any issues in the past . As the student had paid for cleaning and the other costs incurred . Full refund was made of the bond, Hence this is an important step to consider, all students must contact a week (10 ) days jn advance .So the room can be fully refreshed. Host is a UNSW post graduate . She respects the privacy and safety of students. Her interests are research and community development. Her hobby research is indoor plants and nutrients .there are 200 indoor plants in the apartment . The apartment is 300 sq meters for two people to enjoy with a huge lounge , dining , whole house kitchen , laundry, etc, price is for a luxury apartment for two to share minimum stay 6 months . With this heat wave in Sydney, the air conditioning is not a luxury but essential, the electricity bills are there fore will be reviewed in the first few months, it’s a home away from home, luxurious and comfortable place to live. Host is a post graduate herself undertaking further studies this year , this is a luxury accommodation to share as a flat mate , It’s safe , clean and comfortable with air conditioning available with no pets and no smoke . Students must contact a fortnight in advance so as to allow refreshment of their room.close to opera house, city public transport. Tram , buses, 15 minute bus ride or tram ride to the opera house, city ,CBD etc. post grad students of all ages are welcome , Bankstown, all areas can be accessed by public transport from this accommodation, Students can obtain cards .that assis them to travel at half price ,It should be free in my opinion , Students from other institutions like BCCI , are welcome to apply , the public transport is excellent and safe , shuttle bus service is free for students of UNSW . To & from UNSW to the accommodation, to and from the airport, to and from the shops near by . The shuttle service is free . Any questions regarding the shuttle services should be directed to the university admissions centre, the host has no conflict of interest whatsoever. It’s entirely up to the student to use the shuttle services , I am mentioning this as students wrongly assume that the host has a say in the program. None whatsoever, this is an information platform for students. The students must give a two week notice prior to move in date so the room can be refreshed prior to their arrival , which is crucial for students and the host , if that is not possible they will have to wait until the room has been refreshed before moving in , this is just a matter of comfort,
