Hello,
It’s AL and Zeny originally from Philippines but now a Canadian citizen with three beautiful daughter's all professional now. Our eldest are twins both registered nurses already moved out and our youngest is an interior designer currently in Toronto. We are God fearing with a religious family background ( Roman Catholic). I am an Engineer by profession and my wife is major in Education back home. Currently working in YVR as a tech and my wife is self employed. My hobby is playing played extreme tennis but dedicated most of my time at work and quality time with family.
We are running a homestay for many years now after our kids moved out. We love to help and guide people especially new comers to Canada so that they will truly appreciate the beauty of our country and people my contact pages here.
Our house is a four bedroom townhouse ( duplex style) gated compound very nice, very clean near Bridgeport train station and five min drive to YVR. The bus stop is just across the street. Every ten minutes bus will pass by going to train station (5 min ride) then from Bridgeport station will take 15min-20 min to downtown Vancouver. Gym is 10 min walk, grocery 10 min walk, dollar store 10 min walk, fast foods / restaurants 10 min walk.
The room has computer desk, chair, bed, electric fan, heater, study lights, curtains, cabinets and newly painted. The washroom is shared only by students since we have 2.5 toilet and bathrooms . Laundry is once a week usually Thursday and Friday for students schedule. We charge $850 dollars a month without meal however it includes free high speed internet. We are very lenient to our tenants however we don’t allow them to bring their boyfriends inside their rooms for safety and respect to others. One room is ready for occupancy.
