I have two kids, 8 & 12 and we like to have students stay in our house so we can learn about other parts of the world and share our home with them. We have a nice house, right by Kootenay Loop in East Van, easy transit with the Rapid Bus (R5) to downtown or to SFU. We usually eat at home and like to have dinner together. We love skiing and going for walks and are a busy family. I work full time for the City of Vancouver so don't have a lot of time for extra curricular activities. I'm originally from Switzerland but have lived in Canada for 40 years. We go to bed pretty early so don't want noise after 10. Preference is for an older student who doesn't need a guardian and is self sufficient but would like to be part of a family and live in a home while they're here. I'd love to meet anyone who is interested in staying with us, please send me a message.
