Centrally located in the community of Killarney in Calgary.
Easy access to main arteries and major bus routes that cross the city in both directions at the intersection where we are located.
Our rooms are intended for ONE person.
Very fast internet service included.
Whole-home interconnected smoke detector device in every room.
Fire extinguisher in every room.
Meals are not included in pricing.
Ask for more info if you want some meals.
Each basement Room has
2 windows
full-size fridge,
single induction cooktop,
rice cooker,
toaster oven,
microwave,
kettle and
related utensils for light cooking.

bureau,
reading lamp,
single bed with 2 sets of bed linen.
One full and one-half washroom in the basement suite;
Two MALE English-speaking local individuals each rent a room there; long-term tenants.
Your private room is fully self-contained in this space.
You are free to come and go as you please.

We have pets with us on the main floor.
One semi-retired MALE in our suite has a service dog that visits for partial week.
Shared washrooms.
Laundry is available and shared on the main level.
One load of laundry per week.
Room pricing is somewhat reasonably negotiable.
Damage deposit is waived for visitors via this portal.
Rent is due FIRST day of each month.
