Our comfortable and clean townhouse is centrally located in a quiet location in East-Richmond near New Westminster. My 15 year old son and I enjoy spending time with international guests to introduce them to Canadian Life and learn about other cultures. Two fully furnished rooms are available equipped with single or double bed, student desk, chair, closet, TV, Netflix, Optic WiFi high speed internet. Washing machine and dryer are available on top floor. Utilities are all included in the monthly rent. Two semi-private bathrooms are available to be shared by guests only.
If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable, safe, clean and friendly environment, just perfect to study, then this is the perfect home for you. Long term stay discount may apply for guests.

Bus stop is just across the street (100 m) for the #410/418 bus with connection to Skytrain in New Westminster (10 min.) or Central Richmond (20 min.). Other bus stops (#301) are nearby as well. Within a 10-15 minutes drive you can reach Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Delta and Surrey. 20 minutes to Douglas College and Kwantlen Polytechnic University, 45 minutes to most schools downtown Vancouver.

Vicinity: Fraser River North Arm, two recreational parks, tennis courts, basketball and hockey court, community center with fitness center, school and more is just 3 minutes walk. Starlight Casino, Queensborough Landing Shopping Outlet, Restaurants, Walmart is within 2 km range walkable or by #410/418 bus in less than 10 minutes.

Equipment such as tennis, badminton, squash, golf, fishing, hiking, bicycle and more can be used for free by our guests. We are happy to accommodate your stay and do all we can to make it as comfortable as possible. Please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

NOTE: Currently we can only accept female guests, due to our shared guest bathroom policy in our home.

We are fully vaccinated against COVID 19 and are following highest standards and safety protocol in this household. Health & Safety of all guests is our highest priority.

For the safety, comfort and peace of mind of our guests and their parents I regularly complete the Police Criminal Record Check including the Vulnerable Sector Check (for hosting minor students).
