Homestay is hosted by a sweet Taiwanese family at a lovely neighborhood inside of Rancho Palos Verdes. The home is 5 minutes away from most major stores, restaurants, and the PV Peninsula High School. It is less than 10 minutes drive from the famous Terranea Resort. The following will be provided:
- Transportation to and from school
- Laundry washer and dryer
- Breakfasts and dinners
- Wifi
- Furnished cozy bedroom with full-sized bed
- Shared bathroom
House rules
- Smoking in and around the home is not allowed
- Pets are not allowed
- Please shower by 10pm the latest
- Please clean up after youself; wash your own dishes, laundry, and keep the room and bathroom tidy
- Please respect others living in the same house by keeping it quiet during late hours, cleaning up after yourself, and taking out your own trash.
