Room1：South-facing upstairs room

Room condition: South-facing room with individual washroom on the second floor. Clean, sunny, facing the front yard garden with great views.

Furniture provided: Bed and bed&bedding, bedside chest of drawers, wardrobe, table and chair, plates and bowls, cooking utensils. Just move in with your bags.

The monthly rent includes all expenses such as water, electricity, gas, heating, internet.

Location: Hastings-sunrise area. Quiet community, near PNE, very close to banks, post offices, libraries, supermarkets, clinics, restaurants, bus stops, etc. are readily available.

Transportation: Direct bus to SFU, Downtown (VGC, SGIC, ILAC International college, Canadian College, New York Institute of Technology, VCC), North Vancouver, etc.



Room2：Super spacious and bright room

Room conditions: very spacious and bright private single room (This room was originally a large living room, now it has been enclosed by room dividers as walls and this room can be locked) on the ground floor, with large windows, bed & bedding, table, chair, clothing rack, drawer chest, and simple kitchen utensils. Shared kitchen and bathroom.

The monthly rent includes all expenses such as water, electricity, heating, internet.

Location: Quiet hasting sunrise community, very close to bus stops, coffee shop, banks, post office, library, supermarkets, clinics, restaurants, etc.

Transportation: Direct bus to SFU, about 25mins to Downtown (VGC, SGIC, ILAC International college, Canadian College, New York Institute of Technology, VCC), North Vancouver, etc.



Room3: South-facing Large private room for students (1-2 persons)

Room condition: large private room on the ground floor with private bathroom, large window, good light, front yard garden outside the window, with queen-size bed and bedding, big wardrobe, desk and chair, drawer chest, cooking utensils, etc. Just move in with your bags.


Room4: Quiet and spacious private room

Room situation: private room on the ground floor, warm and spacious, with bed&bedding, bedside table, table&chair, wardrobe, clothing rack, simple cooking utensils. Just move in with your bags. Shared kitchen and bathroom.
