We have two rooms available starting Oct 1, one is slightly larger, so the cost will be a little bit more. We can provide you with basic furniture such as a bed, desk, dresser (both rooms have closet storage) or you can choose to bring your own furniture.
Normal Room $400/month
Larger Room $450/month
Flat security deposit of 1 month rental fee ($500 or $550 respectively)
We speak two languages, Korean and English

Fish Creek Provincial Park is a 5 minute bus ride or 20 minutes on foot.
There are lots of things in Fish Creek, including access to the river, 100km of paths for hiking and biking, picnic areas, swimming, fishing, and lots of wildlife. On top of this, Fish Creek Park is the 2nd largest urban park in Canada and one of the largest urban parks in North America.
Two minute walk to the 11/12 bus stops (southwest loop).
Relatively new, extremely safe, and very quiet neighborhood. Almost everybody who lives here is a small family or new couple.
South facing, with a great view. (the field behind the house is also amazing for watching the sky on nice days and nights)
There is one parking spot available in the driveway, with more free parking 1 minute away (we have one car ourselves).
Two nearby playgrounds and a soccer field
Walking distance to many convenience businesses like Sobey’s, Starbucks, Shoppers Drug Mart, Gas Stations, Subway, Tim Horton’s, beauty and hair salons, and several other stores and restaurants, all are a 5 minute walk.
If you can’t find what you need at the cluster of stores nearby, bus number 12 (right beside us) goes to Shawnessy shopping center in 15 minutes. It is a giant and crucial business location of South Calgary. It has Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Calgary Public Library, YMCA (swimming pool, public gym, etc), McDonald's, Winners, A&W, Burger King, DQ, Boston Pizza, Michael’s, and so much more. Tonnes of businesses and lots and lots of people doing stuff there every day.
