My name is Emyra Pascual, and I’m reaching out from beautiful Vancouver, where my family has happily lived for the past five years. We’re a family of four with two wonderful kids—our 7-year-old and our little 1-year-old. We’re also lucky to have my parents here with us to help take care of the kids!
We currently have a cozy one-bedroom available for rent. Originally, it was meant to be for the kids, but they prefer to share a room for now! We don’t have any pets.
I work as a food service supervisor and also as an admin assistant work from home, while my husband is a supervisor at a telecommunications company.
Here’s what we’re offering:
- Rent is $800 a month without meals, or $1100 a month including dinner and breakfast.
- Our home is located at 22451 Gilley Rd, Richmond, BC, conveniently close to a school bus stop, Walmart, and just a 10-minute away to the 22nd SkyTrain station. We’re right on the border of New Westminster!
Included in the rental:
- Self-service laundry (once a week)
- Wi-Fi
- BC Hydro
- A table and chair
- Cabinet space
- A garbage bin and hamper for dirty clothes
- Shoe storage
- Pillow and blanket for your comfort
