We are Canadian citizens who immigrated 38 years ago.
To receive a S.I.N (social insurance number) for working holiday visa holders.
Come to Surrey south service Canada Centre.
Foreign Driver's License you can exchange it for a Canadian Driver's License here.
Banking is also easy nearby..

Our home is situated in Fraser Heights, New city of Vancouver Surrey(Housing complex)
It is a quiet family house neighbor.

Room rentals are from $800.00 per room,
depending on the size of the room (Internet, printer,
washing machine, electricity, water, breakfast, included).
If the rooms are shared $650.00 per person per room.
******Indoor cooling, heating, facilities fully equipped.*******
For two meals for monthly rate, it will be broken down as following,
$250.00 for dinner.
Breakfast is a must. (room Rent included. $50), for breakfast(always ready)
Depending on the situation, outside cooking is also possible.

We have total three rooms to rent: 1 single placement room, and 2 double placement rooms.
1 full bathroom and powder room to share between the guests.
We also offer room shares, if you are open.
Our rooms are very clean and spacious. (For cleanliness, please remove your shoes indoors.)

There are plenty of banks, coffee shops (Starbucks, Tim Hortons),
several grocery and retails stores (Save on Foods, Rexall, Walmart, Nester’s,
Hannam Korean supermarket. Canadian super store. T & T market.)
Also variety of restaurants are in walking distance including Korean,
(famous restaurant -- Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Italian, etc. Many options to choose from)
Nearby activities include community centers, nature walking trails,
Large shopping malls (Guildford Town Centre Mall) and swimming pool.
Guildford recreation Centre. Public Library.
Walking distance to elementary and high school and less
Distance to downtown is over an hour so it is not suitable for downtown commuters;
However, it does not mean it is not possible.
It is an area with good transportation facilities.
It is easily connected to the subway (Skytrain), and there are frequent buses running 5 minutes away,
making it a convenient neighborhood, where you can go anywhere.
Our home is the right place for a comfortable and cozy living space.
If you are looking for quiet, spacious and clean private room, this would be the best Canadian life experience.
