We are offering a newly renovated in-house apartment with 2 private bedrooms and one washroom. Each room has a single bed, closet, desk, storage and smart TV.
and the apartment is completely furnished, bed sheets, duvets, pillows etc.

-Very high ceilings and very bright
-Free pick up from airport if you stay for 2+ months
-Room #1: $750 CAD per month or $200 per week
-Room #2: $850 CAD per month or $250 per week
-Close to Yonge and Eglinton (Avenue Rd. and Lawrence Ave W, Lawrence is one subway stop north of Eglinton)
-5 min walk to bus stops, library, public skating rink (and pool in the summer), coffe shops, shopping
-Additional space for storing luggage and bicycles
-Smart TVs in living room and bedrooms
-Apartment has its own private (fully equipped) kitchen
-Separate entrance
-Washer and dryer in the apartment, not shared with household
-Unlimited internet access
