Nice to meet you!
We are Canadian born, Filipino newlyweds who have private rooms available in our recently renovated 5-bedroom, 3 bathroom house. We’re looking for female students who appreciates a clean, respectful, and welcoming living environment. We are very friendly and hospitable people who would also love to tour newcomers on our days off since we have lived here our whole lives.

• Newly renovated with modern floors and fresh paint.
• Private Room is furnished with a comfy queen bed, desk, futon couch and closet.
• Shared Washroom – Large bathroom that you’ll share with one other person. Long counter and mirror with a full bath and shower.
• Shared Kitchen – Fully equipped with high-quality new appliances (double airfryer, keurig, toaster, instant pot, rice cooker, ice maker and more). Also have two dining tables for more space.
• Shared Living Room– Spacious, furnished, and features a smart TV with all the apps.

[ Who We Are ]
You’ll be sharing the house with my husband and I. I am a web designer who works from home and loves to cook, exercise, dance, sing and draw/paint. My husband is an accountant with a side business of videography and loves all things fitness. We value a peaceful and organized environment where everyone can focus and be productive.
