Hi and welcome to Montreal!
A bit about us: We are a family interested in meeting new people and learning new cultures. We have 2 very fun children that love people and a bunny that is only loose when we are home. Justin works from home and I work nearby, so if there's ever an issue, we can help! if you have any questions about us, please ask!
Where we live: We are in the multicultural city of NDG. There are many parks, a shopping centre, sports complex , indoor and outdoor swimming pool, skatepark, a library and public transit within walking distance. the bus stop is at the corner and 3 buses will either take you as far as downtown or to a metro station (subway). The major universities (McGill, Concordia etc..) are all about a 30 minute trip away. We will make sure to help get you to where you need to be the fastest and most convenient way possible.
Minimum stay: one month
the rooms: we have 1 rooms available in the basement. We currently have another homestay student living with us in the room opposite yours. You may share the bathroom with them as long as it's kept clean and your things are taken out with you when you are done.
It is very bright with a window that faces the street, wardrobe, central air for the summer months, heated in winter, furnishings also include towel and bedsheets. anything else is extra.
rates: can be negotiable based on needs.
