Looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay? I’m renting a private bedroom in a newer, three-level townhouse. The bedroom is conveniently located on the ground level, right as you step in from the entrance. It comes with a full-size bed and a memory foam mattress for a restful sleep. You’ll also have your own private bathroom right next to the bedroom. The home is modern, spotless, and well-maintained, so you won’t be disappointed.

We're a family of three living in Surrey, B.C. We live on the third floor, with the second floor serving as our living area and kitchen. The rental room is located on the ground floor, offering you plenty of privacy.

The location is excellent—just steps away from Guildford Mall, Guildford Recreation Center, and the bus transit, making it a super convenient spot. Contact me for more details and pictures!
