The villa is located in Brosaard, the most dynamic city in the Greater Montreal area. It is the second "Chinatown" in Greater Montreal. Convenient transportation, the light rail green line Station du Quartier one stop to reach Station Gare Centrale in downtown Montreal. It only takes 14 minutes. Water, electricity, high-speed Internet, and heating are all included. Parking space included
It is adjacent to the Dix30 super-large shopping mall, and even the largest Apple store is located here. Brossard also has international elementary schools, international middle schools, and is adjacent to CPE, the best public kindergarten in Quebec.
Three Chinese supermarkets: T&T, KIMPHAT, C&T; also there are SUPER C, Walmart, Adonis supermarket. Two major bus terminals, 15 minutes drive to Downtown...
The villa is located in the luxury residential area of District C, surrounded by greenery, quiet and clean. The scenery is pleasant, the air is fresh, and it is quiet and comfortable.

We are also a warm home here. The landlord's parents are a very amiable couple. They are good at cooking Cantonese cuisine.
We can provide meal service, but this will be charged separately. It depends on the number of meals you want to order per day.
Occasionally there is a nutritious soup or a big meal at home, which is also included. Whatever the host eats, the same food is provided to the guests. The whole family eats the same thing.
Looking for roommates. The landlord hopes that the tenant is a person who loves cleanliness, politeness, and rules.
