[ About The Home ]
We have a 2-bedroom, 2- bathroom available, it’s a ground floor suite with your own entrance. It is a shared living room/kitchen/dining area with other guest mate. It's perfect for working professionals and students. We are looking for individuals who appreciate a clean, respectful, and welcoming living environment.

Features:
There are 2 separate rooms, with own key(1 room has a queen size bed and a table for a workstation, the smaller other room has a double bed with a small desk)

Each room has their own designated washroom that’s located outside of their room. (1 washroom has a large walk in shower, the other washroom has a bathtub/shower)

✓ Shared Kitchen – equipped with utensils and a dining table
✓ Shared Living Room– furnished with a sofa and a TV for watching through internet(not cable)

Location:
Our home is conveniently located in the neighbourhood of Sapperton, New Westminster, BC. You'll find we are easy walk/transit accessible to JIBC(Justice Institute of British Columbia, Douglas Collage, Simon Fraser University, Royal Colombian Hospital, New Westminster Secondary School, parks, TD Bank, Shoppers Drug Mart, Save-on foods, 7/11, Freshslice Pizza, Subway, Starbucks, Browns Social House, pet hospital, dental clinic, optometrist, gas station and more. We are very close to Coquitlam, Burnaby and Surrey border.

*Minutes walk from Royal Columbian Hospital

[ Who We Are ]
You’ll be sharing the house with 3 other people, a baby who is generally pretty quiet (and 3 cats who are upstairs). We are friendly and hospitable. We love to cook, go for walks, and watch sports. We value a peaceful and organized environment where everyone can focus and be productive.

[ Rules ]
1. No smoking, vape or drug use on premise
2. No coming home after 11:00 PM
3. Keep noise down — quiet hours start at 10:30 PM
4. No overnight guests
5. No showers after 10:30 PM
