We have been renting our basement for over 15 years. Recently we have decided to switch things up and homestay to travellers and international students on a shorter term basis. We live in the upper main floor as a family, so any needs can be promptly answered. You will be in a private room in the basement, but at times the other room will be rented out as well. The kitchen and bathroom will be shared in this case, but if you're lucky it could all be private! The entire basement is completely separate from the main floor. Separate entrance at the back, with your own washer and dryer machine. We are excited to host you!

Room 1 ($850):
- Carpet flooring
- Regular sized
- Twin sized bed
- Comes fully furnished (Table, Lamps, Bedside Table, Chair, Garbage Can)

Room 2 ($800):
- Hardwood flooring
- Regular sized
- Twin sized bed
- Comes fully furnished (Table, Lamps, Bedside Table, Chair, Garbage Can)

Room 3 ($900):
- Hardwood flooring
- Large sized (This was once a living room that has been converted to a private space)
- Queen sized bed
- Comes fully furnished (Table, Lamps, Bedside Table, Chair, Garbage Can, Clothing Rack, Large Sofa)

*Each room has its own storage/cabinet space.


Nearby locations:
- Banff Trail station is 2min away (Literally one block over)
- U of C Main Campus 12min by walk
- Sait is 2 stations away from Banff Trail Station
- Downtown is just 10 min away once you get on the train
- McMahon Stadium is 8min by walk

There will be parking space available at the back. We are more than happy to arrange a pick up from and to the airport.
