San Diego's Most Memorable Homestay Ever

Welcome to the most caring, friendliest, and happiest homestay residence in San Diego, California. We are experienced homestay host for more than 20 years and continue to enjoy the presence of students by sharing each other’s culture. We treat our students as our own family members. We welcome undergraduate students, graduate students, interns and professionals.

Located in the heart of San Diego City and the most reasonably priced homestay closest to University of California, San Diego (UCSD), Miramar College, and other local colleges and universities. Our house is located in a safe neighborhood. It's very clean and is a walking distance to bus stops, shopping malls, international restaurants, grocery stores, and gyms. Free Wi-fi (high speed internet), central heat, and air conditioner.

Your room will be furnished with comfortable full-size beds, Flat screen TV, lamp, study table with ergonomic chair, dresser, and closet. We also provide free laundry soap, free use of washing machine & dryer, and your room will have hair dryer, clean sheets, pillows, blankets, and bath towels.

We cook and serve home cooked gourmet meals and we serve them family style (not portions). Lots of comments we received from our international students were we serve very delicious meals and a home full of laughter. We do not consider Mcdonald's sandwich a dinner, however, we sometimes take our students out to dinner and once in a while to the best hamburger place in town. During dinner, we encourage our students to share their day’s experiences to improve their conversational English skills (but not required). We provide free tours to the most beautiful places in San Diego. We are minutes away from beaches, shopping outlets, international markets and restaurants and of course our beautiful, clean and safe downtown San Diego.

We guarantee that your stay with us will be the most memorable one! We always love to help our students with their homework. We like to entertain and interact with everyone! Students love our home because of food we serve, our love of music, singing, guitar playing, and Karaoke. We occasionally take our students to fishing and picnics by the bay and local beaches. Your friends and families are also welcome to stay or visit to hang out and have fun with us. We have traveled many countries such as Mexico, Canada, Europe - Spain, France, Monaco, Rome, and Asian countries such as Hongkong, China, Japan, Philippines, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, and other places so we know how beautiful and unique other cultures are. We have a well-maintained backyard and beautiful garden where you can hangout, eat, barbeque, or just simply relax after school. Drug use is strictly prohibited. We allow smoking only in the backyard and away from non-smoking students.
