~3 mins walk to the Nanaimo Skytrain Station, Brand New House ~

Hi international students, we welcome you to stay in our home. We are Taiwanese Canadians that have been living in Canada for 20 years. We have 7 years of experience hosting international students. We are a quiet friendly family with two grown up children who have already graduated from UBC. We do have 1 friendly cat. We cook mostly Asian food like dumplings, Chinese meat buns, sushi, noodle soups, rice with 1 meat dish and two vegetable dishes. To view the rooms available, click the" view photos" button. Our rooms are clean and the food is delicious :)

Our house is brand new and nearby Trout Lake Park/Community Centre. A short walk to Kingsway will give you access to Shoppers Drug Mart, fast food, restaurants and a Dollar store.

From our house, it only takes 3 minutes to walk to the Nanaimo Skytrain Station, 25 UBC bus, and 7 Dunbar bus. With quick access to the skytrain, it is easy to get to places like Downtown (22 mins) and Metrotown (15 mins).

We ask students to follow the house rules, be respectful, clean and quiet. This allows everyone to live together peacefully.
