• Fully furnished bedrooms with a beautiful view from the top floor building with high sealing

• Accessible to the gym in the building
• very large in-suite laundry that you can use once a week
• Individual heating system in the room and heated floor in the washroom
• Fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware, stainless steel appliances, kitchenware, containers, and cutlery that you can use while staying

Location Amenities:
• 4 minutes walk to Burquitlam train station/bus loops and Burquitlam Plaza, Safeway, bank: RBC, Doctors, Dentist, Pharmacy, car rental, money changer, halal supermarket, and lots of good restaurants nearby, only within walking distance.
• Express bus (one-stop) to SFU or FIC, using number 143 from Burquitlam station; however, on the weekend, you can ride on 145
• Easy access to Douglass College, MTI Community College, Coquitlam College, Vancouver Career College, Simon Fraser University, UFIC, BCIT, and more...
• 15 minutes walk to public libraries, recreation centers, and parks
• Desirable location between Burnaby Mountain and Downtown Vancouver when using transportation; 30 minutes to Downtown or Surrey or Langley or Metrotown area
• 10 to 15 minutes with the train to Coquitlam or Handerson or Lougheed, or Brentwood Mall area.
