Otay Ranch Mall Homestay

We are cousins, very hard working professionals, with an extra bedroom to host one person for a long-term homestay.  Room is available now. Our home is 30 minutes south of San Diego airport. Utilities are included.

Females only.  Must be tidy, clean and respectful.  No smoking, drugs or pets.  We do not have children or pets.  We love to exercise and travel, and we believe in eating well.  We also love music.

Our beautiful suburban home:
- Quiet and peaceful

- 5 minute walk to Otay Ranch bus station for Rapid Express route #225 to downtown (35 minutes, $5 USD round trip).  Stops on Broadway Avenue in Gaslamp district for San Diego City College, Converse International School of Languages, Stafford House School of English, Q International School. Last stop is Amtrak train station.

- 5 minute walk to Otay Ranch Town Center mall (movie theater, food court, stores)
- 5 minute walk to Vons grocery store
- 15 minute walk to Millenia shopping plaza (just opened)
- Many outdoor trails to jog, bike, walk, roller blade

You will have:
- Own bedroom and closet on 3rd floor
- Private full bathroom
- Internet (WiFi and ethernet)

Shared common spaces:
- Laundry washer and dryer.  Please use before 4pm or after 9pm when electricity rates are cheaper.
- Kitchen and dining area. Please clean what you use. 

House rules:
- Please no shoes indoors
- Please notify us in advance when inviting friends to visit you. Our privacy and safety are very important to us. Please ask guests to remove shoes indoors.
- No overnight guests
- On weekdays, quiet hours after 10pm

Community building (no extra fees):
- Gym
- Two outdoor pools
- Outdoor jacuzzi

Meals are not included.  You are welcome to come with us for grocery shopping at Costco, HMart (Korean market) and Zion Market (Korean market).  All are less than 30 minute drive.  American grocery store, Vons, is a 5 minute walk from our home.  Any questions, please contact us.
