We’re excited to offer a comfortable and private one-bedroom space on the main floor of our home, located in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood. As long-time homestay hosts, we genuinely value cultural exchange and have formed lasting friendships with students from Europe and Asia.
Our home is just a 12-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, with easy transit access to the SkyTrain—approximately a 30-minute bus ride. You'll be part of a friendly household that includes three respectful children (two younger and one teenager) and two affectionate, hypoallergenic small dogs.
Guests have full access to both our front and back patios—perfect for relaxing, studying, or enjoying some fresh air. We love introducing our homestay students to the beauty of Metro Vancouver and will be happy to take our homestay students sightseeing. We also offer weekly transportation for grocery shopping.
You’ll have shared use of the kitchen and bathroom at any time, with no restrictions on shower times. Laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are available weekly.
The bedroom is fully furnished and includes a double bed, desk and chair, bedside table, dresser, wardrobe, and a TV with access to cable, Prime Video, Netflix, and Disney+—everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
