Hello,
Welcome to Sunny San Diego!!!

The room has a queen size bed with your own private bathroom just outside your bedroom. We are located in Clairemont area near Clairemont Town Square shopping center.

I have been hosting international students for 5 years now. We enjoy sharing our house, having students from different countries benefits us in a way by knowing their culture.
We have been hosting students from South Korea, China, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Germany and Taiwan. We have 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. We have one dog named Fluffy. We have a 13 years old 8th grader. We are a family of 4, me my husband my kid and my mom and our dog named FLUFFY!

Our house is one block away from the bus, that goes to Downtown and UTC La Jolla area UCSD.Bus 44 that goes to Old town, and 2 blocks away to bus 41 to Mesa College and Fashion Valley and UCSD, that runs until 11 pm. You can also walk to Clairemont Square shopping center where you can find all kinds of store including Burlington, TJ Max, and Ross, a movie theater, Starbucks, Vons, Mc Donald, Outback Steakhouse, KFC and so on. If you like to go to Asian market, like Zion market and 99 Ranch market its also one bus ride away about 10 minutes.

No meal is provided, you have to provide your own meal. You can use the kitchen but please make sure you clean up after you use the kitchen.

No guest is allowed in your room except you , your room is only for you unless you want to share with other students and both of you will share the cost of rent. When you share the room with other student, the rent will be a little higher for water cost.No drugs or alcohol is allowed in the room or around the house. No smoking inside the house but you can smoke in the patio/backyard,

In your room there is TV, dresser, a small closet, mirror, hangers, computer desk. and WIFI.
