Hello,
Welcome to our home! . I am a retired Music teacher, and my daughter, is a gymnastics instructor. We have been hosting international students fro all over the world for 20 years. What fun it's been!

We have one very friendly dog and two cats. We love our pets, but if you don't, that's okay; your area is separate from ours.


Newly renovated basement suite with lots of natural light. Our smaller room is currently filled, but our larger room with a private entrance will be available in August. Our two guests share a kitchen/laundry room and a bathroom. Rooms have desks, beds, wardrobes, dressers, lamps and nightstands. The kitchen has a fridge, toaster, microwave, air frier, hot plate, and kettle. All pots, pans, china, and utensils are supplied. The larger room has an additional fridge.

There is parking available in the complex, and a bus stop is located just 1 minute away. We are surrounded by a greenbelt so it is very green and natural here and there is no traffic noise.

There are numerous walking and hiking/biking trails, the beach is near, and it is 10 minute bus ride to the Lougheed Mall for shopping. From Lougheed you can catch a SkyTrain to anywhere. We are very close to Simon Fraser University.

If you want cable TV in your room, we will mount it on the wall for you. We have high-speed internet. We also have security on our doors and windows, so you can feel safe in our home.

The complex features a pool and sauna available for your use. It's very special to find such a green space so close to Vancouver, and very relaxing.
