Hi. My name is Regina and I am a teacher. My house is a 5 bedroom 3 bath house. You would have your own room and bathroom. I live here along with a roommate who lives upstairs. We are both very quiet people. I am a teacher and work 630-3 every day during the school year. At night I like to relax and work on my eBay business. I do stay with my boyfriend so I am gone on weekends and usually one night a week. You would be welcome to use the kitchen. I also have 2 small dogs that stay outside but come inside at night to sleep.

All language schools that are downtown are 1 bus and 1 trolley away from my house. The bus picks up about 2 blocks from my house and takes you straight to the trolley station. This same trolley station goes to SDSU as well.
UCSD is 20 minutes by car from my house. I work not far from UCSD so you could take the bus from close to my job, otherwise it takes about 1:15 to get to UCSD by bus.

EVERYTHING in the room is BRAND NEW. The room was completely remodeled from the ground up this past year. NO ONE has stayed in or slept in the NEW BED yet. Carpet, walls, bed, paint, electrical, tv, furniture ALL NEW. Room does not have AC but does have a ceiling fan.

My schedule: I wake up at 4:30 in the morning and get ready. The dogs also come in at that time to be fed and taken care of. You would hear me getting ready for work from 4:30-6:30 Monday-Friday. I go to bed at 9pm and would ask the house be quiet at that time as well.

I am a native San Diegan and have lived here my entire life. With any free time I have I would be willing to give you rides and show you around. I am very easy going and would do whatever you would need to make sure your stay is pleasant.
