No Pets / No Smoking / No Vaping (Guests cannot smoke or Vape inside the house but can do so on the premises if outside - Booking will be terminated without refund if smell of cigarette smoke or Vaping is found to be emitting from inside the unit).

Payment Schedule:
50% at time of booking (Non-Refundable).
Balance 50% payment on arrival before check in.
1st & Last Month for stays of 2+ months.

One Copy of a valid photo ID of 'All Guests will be required at time of check in.

The unit is completely independent with a direct access from a side entrance in a detached house, leading to the lower level. There is a large park just behind the house which is ideal for children to play in or for taking long walks.

All Facilities Provided Are Complimentary. These Include:

Unlimited High Speed Wireless Internet / TV / Cable / Complimentary Laundry Facilities (Including Detergent) Are Provided To Guests, Once For Every Seven Days of Stay (Once a week 9am-7pm on Weekdays). The Laundry Machines are commercial sized machines and located in the lower level of the house. Guests Are Required to coordinate with the Host and schedule their weekly laundry day.

The Unit is full air-conditioned (heating and cooling) and the kitchen is fully equipped with a Refrigerator, Microwave, Microwave Oven, Toaster, Kettle, Cook Top Stove;, Rice Cooker, Grill and crockery and cutlery as well as basic cooking / serving utensils.

Starter Quantities of Tea / Coffee / Milk Powder; Sugar are provided to help you settle in on arrival. Linen, Towels, Hand Soap, Dish Detergent, Toilet Rolls are Provided. All other toiletries are each guest’s personal responsibility. Additional set of Bed Linen including Duvet covers, Towels Will Be Provided for stays of more than a week. Guests would be responsible for additional washing of the Linen; Towels if they wish to do so.

The Accommodation includes one bedroom (with Two Twin Beds), full 3 piece bath (walk –in-shower) and , with an open concept Kitchenette and Lounge (with a Sofa Bed).

A House Guest Manual detailing safety, security and upkeep measures, including wifi password should be read and acknowledged at time of check-in.
