Why Urban Forest Homestay?

*Homestay father & mother are well traveled (we’ve visited many countries in Europe, Latin & South America, Asia & North America) who love to continue meeting new people & different cultures. Providing a safe and nurturing homestay allows us to continue this experience.

*Host mom loves to cook (international meals), converse, provide a caring environment and introduce interesting sights and events in Vancouver and Burnaby areas and host father knows about all things technology (he is an IT Management consultant).

*Location of our home is close to downtown (approximately 30-40 minutes by Edmonds sky train transit) yet it is located in a peaceful environment surrounded by nature. A forested park is located behind our home for excellent walks.

*Home is a few minutes away from major shopping options (Metropolis Metrotown Mall) as well as community centers with gym and pool facilities (Edmonds Community Center and Bonsor Recreation Center) and there are tennis courts within a few minutes walking distance from home.

*You will have a spacious, well appointed, comfortable home to enjoy and it comes with a caring family to help you if and when you require help

Each bedroom comes with the following:
*privacy locks
*bed, desk, chair, lamps
*Linens and towels
*Large closet
*Windows
As well, you will have
*Shared recreation room with TV & weights for work out
*Access to kitchen, family room, laundry once a week (no extra cost)
*High-speed WiFi, netflix included
*All utilities (water, electricity, heat) and private heater if required
*Meals: half board (breakfast & dinner)

HOUSE RULES: Only non-smokers need apply. Drugs and heavy alcoholic use not permitted. Visitors allowed upon request.
