My locations is best for students going to Mira Costa College without a car.
I have rented to international students for 20 years.
Everything is within walking distance, grocery stores, shopping mall, movies theatre, 5 minutes away from beach, easy access to bus, train and or sprinter.
If you are in San Diego this is a distance 1 hour, would suggest a location closer.
