We love to support newcomers or a foreign students.... it's our duty living by " Grace",
If you need a quiet, clean and a comfort room this is the right place for you or for new comer.
We will help you as much as we can about the new area where you are living now and the information you need.
The basement is brandy new and built recently, it's furnished with brandy new bed set to each room.
We believed that we design the room for students it is a bright kitchen, neat and more space.
We can share you to enjoy a back yard fresh air as we do and a sunbath during the fall.
The rent includes all utilities (electric, gas, water and A/C) + WIFI
We believed it is our duty to support newcomers or foreign students by the Grace.
