My husband and I love to travel and have visited many different countries, always enjoying the variety of people and cultures! We have a guest room at the very back of our apartment equipped with a comfortable queen bed and a private en suite bath. Renter would have use of the kitchen plus a very pleasant sunroom/sitting room. We are within 3 blocks of a lovely, sandy swimming beach/park area which also has tennis courts. 3 blocks in the other direction takes you to Clark Street and many restaurants where you can find authentic Mexican, Peruvian, and Nigerian food, to name a few. The Red Line train (which provides a 40 minute ride to downtown Chicago) is just a 7 minute walk from our front door and Northwestern University is also easily accessible (30 minutes from our front door to campus, using the Red Line and Purple Line trains). We are an easy 4 minute walk to the sandy beach as well as restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, movie theater and more! A parking space is available for an additional $10 per night.
