Hi, we've a beautiful big mansion in the middle of Vancouver's most secure and beautiful community. Our house is right infront of the Oak Meadows Park and one min walk to Van Dusen Botanical Garden. 10 Min to Queen Elizabeth Park. Plenty of ways for you to get out there during summer and get some fresh air and exercise.

We've several bedrooms available. Pick the one you like. Rent is negotiable depending upon your length of stay so please contact us and let us know.

10 min to downtown. 20 to 25 min to UBC. 5 min to Langara college. Everything is close. You can check below to see the estimated time to your preferred college via skytrain.

Safeway for groceries, Vancouver Public library, Skytrain and Bus is a few minutes walk.

Students will get their own room with their own private full washrooms. Big closets, bed, computer desk, chair, and wall mounted Smart TV. You also get wifi Internet and Netflix.

We also have a big laundry room available to be used by the student.

On top of that we also have a library you can use anytime to study. Kitchen and family room is also available. If you need to invite a few friends over for that we've a big and beautiful living room and dinning room available as well. Contact for more details and if you have any questions.
