Homestay in 美国 － 波士顿
Boston - Brighton, bedrooms of 240+/-s.f., 90+/- sf., 180+/-sf (with private full bath) and one 350 +/-sf suite (with private full bath) in recently renovated 2-family house. It has backyard, open space with lawn and flower garden.
It is located in a nice and quiet primarily owner-occupied neighborhood in Oak Square, Brighton area of Boston.
There are bus stops for bus #57, #501, #502, #64 at the end of our street directly going to Boston University (Bus # 57), subway's Kenmore Square T Station, minutes to Downtown Boston (#501, #502) and to MIT, Harvard at Cambridge Central Square (#64). Check transportation schedules at the MBTA website.
The whole house inside and out was recently renovated.
We live in the first floor apartment.
Our guest rooms all locate in a separate 2nd floor apartment, so OUR GUESTS HAVE THEIR OWN PRIVACY AND FREEDOM during their stay.
The 2nd floor apartment consists of two levels of living space. Second floor has 3 bedrooms, new eat-in kitchen/living room, one full bath.
There are two bedrooms available on this floor.
One is about 90 sq. ft. for 1 person. The other is about 240 sq. ft. for 1 or 2 persons
Third floor has 2 bedrooms. one is about 180 sq. ft. for 1 person and has its own full bath. The other one is like a suite about 350+/- sf with its own full bathroom and small kitchenette, good for 1 or 2 persons.
Every bedroom has window air conditioner. All flooring is hardwood except kitchen and bath which has ceramic tile flooring.
We have laundry room with Washer and Dryer installed in the basement.

These 4 bedrooms are available in different time period. Please refer to the Availability under each room..
NO MEALS WILL BE PROVIDED.
IF YOU COOK YOUR OWN MEALS, WE PROVIDE YOU POT AND PAN, DINNING SET AND COOKING UTENSILES.
We have prepared a brochure with all the information, photos, video, location, rules and regulations of our home and can be available to interested guests.
