Hi, my name is Breda. I have been hosting college students for the last few years from all over the world. I’m originally from Ireland and have lived in Canada for many years. The space for rent is in the basement of a house ; it has a private bedroom and bathroom as well as a private entrance, and shared laundry. There is a small private space outside the room with a small fridge, toaster oven, microwave, kettle, and table and chairs. The home is shared with one young gentleman with his own private space. The atmosphere of the house is quiet and conducive to study. Looking for a respectful, quiet, clean, non-smoker.
