Dear Homestay Guest,

The room available is currently is spacious and bright. You will have wi fi and weekly laundry.
I prefer not to provide meals but you have a private fridge)))and access to a kitchen where you can prepare.
I often like to offer food as a way to interact with you.and share cultural culinary. I will support you in practical questions you may have, I like students who are tidy, funny, and really want to learn. A sense of humour is always good.

I also like to learn about my guests and love to sit over a hot beverage and chat.
I can help you in your language learning journey. I love to help.

There are no children nor pets at my place.
My cheaper rental fee reflects a guest that is tidy, limits showers to 15 minutes, a non smoker and is open to learning about Canadian culture.
