Hello!

My family and I are looking forward to sharing our humble home with responsible, neat students or professionals. We are pet-free and our goal is to maintain a quiet and safe home during your stay in Toronto.

Our townhouse is a fairly new build which is conveniently located in a quiet reputable neighborhood at Kingston Rd & Beechgrove Dr. We are walking distance to the TTC bus stop and many amenities.

Note: Accepting Females Only

Bedroom 1 = 2 Single Beds including ensuite washroom
Bedroom 2 = 1 Single Bed including shared washroom
Bedroom 3 = 1 Double Bed including shared washroom

Please advise if you would like to reserve all 3 rooms.
Cost below reflects 1 person per bedroom but discount applicable for the shared bedrooms

Shared:
Subscription access (Netflix, PrimeTV, Disney+ on TV only)
Living room, dining room and kitchen space
Washer and Dryer is shared therefore reservation/ schedule is required.

TTC Station : Kennedy Station (25 mins)
GO Train Station : Guildwood (20 mins TTC)
GO Train Station : Rouge Hill (25 mins TTC)
Union Station : 1 hour via TTC / 4 stops via GO Train
