Peaceful Home Homestay – Comfortable Rooms for Female Students。

We are happy to welcome female students or working holiday guests to our clean, safe, and comfortable home.

Currently, two comfortable bedrooms are available for rent:

One room is already occupied by a female student.

The other room is available now.

Each bedroom comes with its own lock for privacy.
Price includes all costs (except personal items).

About the Home
Only two tenants on the main floor.

Main floor has a separate entrance from the upper floor (no shared living space with the family).

Bright living room with a comfortable sofa, 55-inch smart TV, and free Wi-Fi.

Fully equipped kitchen with dining table & chairs, cooking stove, microwave, small oven, refrigerator, and electric hot water heater.

Full bathrooms and laundry room with free washing machine.

Backyard parking available.

No pets allowed.

Our home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transportation:

About 10-minute walk to Braid Station (SkyTrain Expo Line).

Near bus stops, Lougheed Village Mall, IKEA, Hume Park Outdoor Pool, and Real Canadian Superstore.

Korean Community. Kotea Town Centre.

Close to a variety of restaurants (7-Eleven, pizza, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Thai).

Near BCIT, SFU, Douglas College, Urban Academy, JIBC, and other institutions.

Close to Korean and Japanese communities and Trinidad & Tobago community.

We are a working couple and a senior woman (three people total).
We love traveling, shopping, sharing meals, helping others, joking, and walking.
Hosting international students and working holiday guests is our way of learning about new cultures.

House Rules
Students are treated as adults — you can come and go as you please.

Respect shared spaces and keep the home tidy.

No pets.
