Welcome to our homestay in the heart of Downtown Toronto! Our modern unit offers stunning lake views and an unbeatable location—just a 1-minute walk from public transportation, 5 minutes to the beautiful Lakeshore, and steps from vibrant King St. W, where you’ll find local restaurants, shops, and bars. The Well Shopping Center is just around the corner, making everything you need easily accessible.

Who We Are
We are an engaged couple who met in Toronto over ten years ago after moving to Canada as international students. We understand the challenges and excitement of studying abroad, and we want to provide a welcoming and supportive home for you to enjoy your time in this incredible city. You’ll be living with other international students, creating a diverse and friendly atmosphere.

Common Areas & Amenities
Our home includes a cozy living room, a fully equipped shared kitchen, and a balcony with breathtaking lake views. You’ll also have access to top-tier building amenities, including a gym, indoor pool, and sauna—perfect for relaxation after a long day.

Languages Spoken
We speak English, Spanish, and Italian, so communication will be easy and welcoming for students from diverse backgrounds.

HOMESTAY RULES

Check-in / Check-out
Check in between 2pm and 9pm / Check out 10am.

Cleaning Service
Light cleaning service is provided once a week (includes only sweeping/mop the common areas, cleaning bathroom and kitchen fixtures). Guests are responsible for keeping their room clean and change the bed sheets. It is also their responsibility to maintain cleanliness in the common areas as well as the kitchen by washing their dishes, pans, and cutlery after use.

House Rules – Do’s & Don’ts
Do’s:
Respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM to ensure a comfortable environment for everyone.
Keep common areas clean after using the kitchen, living room, and bathroom.
Dispose of garbage and recycling properly following the building’s guidelines.
Lock the door when leaving the apartment for security purposes.
Be mindful of other guests—this is a shared living space, so respect each other's privacy and comfort.
Contact us if you have any questions and/or need any assistance during your stay.

Don’ts:
No smoking, vaping, or drugs inside the apartment or on the balcony.
No loud music or parties—this is a peaceful home, and we want to maintain a relaxing atmosphere.
No overnight guests without prior approval. Penalty fine for visitors in the unit after 9 PM or overnight.
No strong-smelling foods (such as deep frying or heavy spices) that may linger and affect other guests.
Do not leave personal belongings in shared spaces—please keep your items in your room.
Do not leave left over food in the fridge for too long. Fridge will be emptied of left over / expired foods once a week to ensure there is space for everyone and no spoiled food is left in the fridge.
