Lovely, quiet, safe private, fully furnished basement suite for International Students.. with friendly professional couple.
We have a warm clean, safe home, We are offering a 1 bedroom-suite, fully furnished includes one good sized private bedroom, private bathroom, and a large size living room, with two couches, one can open to a bed. a dining table and china cabinet all dishes. There is a small semi-kitchen with a large fridge, a hotplate for cooking, a toaster oven, microwave. All dishes, bedding, towels included. TV -Cable, WiFi and my contact page laundry is shared with us, is downstairs. There is a private entrance for you, with a garden area you can enjoy. We are very close to transit and schools, Douglas/ SFU, Coquitlam College, 10 minutes bus/ sky train, 40 minutes downtown. We can host for 3 months or long term. There is a large Community Centre 2 blocks from our home with a pool, ice rink, gym, and library next door. We are close to shopping, transit, parks and other attractions. We do not provide meals, however would like to invite you to join my contact page contact me if you have any questions.
