SPACE AVAILABLE NOV. 1. For $750, you can have your own small room, and full-size kitchen and bathroom shared mainly by the two students (plus I store things in the downstairs kitchen and fridge) - plus, we are walking distance to downtown and to buses to Camosun and UVic since we live near the intersection of Cook St. and Pembroke St. You will share the downstairs TV lounge with us. You do your own cooking. The kitchen has dishes, pots and pans, a rice cooker, and everything else you will need, and I can provide sheets and towels if you want. Utilities, internet, and laundry are included.
About us: We are kind and gentle people who want you to feel safe my contact pagem a food writer, my husband is a social worker, and our teen daughter is an actor.
About the other lodger: Nao is in his late 20's, and is from Japan. He goes to school during the day and volunteers with a soccer league on weekends. He has been highly praised by the lodger who is leaving for his politeness and cleanliness.
About you: We are looking for someone very very clean and quiet. You must be mature, independent, and have experience cooking meals for yourself.
We are looking for longer term stays. Food is not included but, again, you have access to the second kitchen.
