I am professional, I have two options to offer:
One is bright lower level in a detached house flooded with natural light facing professional finished backyard. with full bathroom/shower, new cabinet sink and closet/storage, has its own central vacuum. Brand new queen bed, with two large drawers and storage underneath, brand new mattress, side table, brand new LG fridge-never used- dining table, office chair, table lamp, two extra chairs, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, all utilities included plus high-speed internet with box and remote which you can record your shows (you should have your own TV I can give tv box with remote)
Another option: bedroom in second floor with new bed, table, office chair, table lamp and professionally designed closet system
House located in very quiet and family-oriented neighborhood
No smoke, No alcohol, no pork in house, I am not providing any meal , prize is without any disposal , no access to kitchen access in main floor,
