I am running a homestay because of my desire to learn about other citizens of the world's culture and traditions. It gives me great joy to find out interesting facts about other countries so that we have an idea of what to do and where to go when we decide to visit these places. I also think that offering a friendly place to people of other nationalities who would like to study in Canada would give them a sense that they have a second home where they are able to study, make friends and enjoy what Canada has to offer at the same time. I've been hosting students with my sister for four years now. I have visited USA, Japan, Hong Kong, Mexico and Philippines. My hobbies include hiking, biking, swimming, and playing with my daughter. The rules of the house are basically no smoking and drinking of alcohol.
