About 300 meters to Bus Stop, 13 minutes to downtown Richmond by Bus, where you find KPU and Canada Line SkyTrain Station to downtown Vancouver. From Brighouse/Lansdowne Mall Station, downtown Vancouver is a short 30 minutes ride on the comfortable SkyTrain. Vancouver International Airport is only 10 minutes away on the SkyTrain.

Gated luxury home, small family. Huge home site, ample parking.

Rooms are on second floor with large windows. House is air conditioned.

Room 1) Huge room, 375 square feet (35 square meters). Room has 3 piece en suite bathroom, big mirror, large comfortable shower. Bedroom is fitted with Queen Size bed.

Room has big 4 door floor pantry cabinet closet for clothes and books. Room also has a tall coat closet.

Comfortable bed is provided, along with study desk and chair.

Room 2 and 3) Comfortable sized rooms, each room is about 220 square feet (20 square meters) in a 2 bedroom suite in one end of the house. These rooms share a comfortable sitting area, 3 piece bathroom with comfortable shower head.

Room 4) Huge Main Floor Master Suite, 600 square feet (60 square meters). Suite has 3 piece en suite bathroom, big mirror, large comfortable shower. Suite is fitted with King Size Bed.
