Hi! My name is Jennifer, we have an extra guesthouse that has 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom that we rent for students/ foreign workers. It is fully furnished, with onsuite laundry on site. It has modern finishes and newly renovated, with air conditioning and heater. Very safe environment and close to amenities and bus stop.
