Hello,

Welcome to Canada,
My name is Lori and I was born and raised in canada. I grew up in a household where my family would always host international students. It was nice having to meet and know the different cultures all over the world. Till now, these students that we had would still keep in touch with me with the power of facebook. Now that I am 30 years old and have a family of my own, I would like my kids to experience what I had experienced and have those fun memories when having an international student. It always warms my heart whenever I see students improving in their English as time goes by, its nice because my husband and I are always happy to help.

Our goal is to make you feel like home.

My family is a filipino ( Philippine) descent. I live with my husband, 3 year old son and a new born baby girl. We also have a cat who is very friendly and cuddly. We are a very close family oriented family who enjoys spending time with each other and with our relatives. We love to go out especially on weekends where it is family days for us. We love to go swimming, eat out, have movie nights at home, explore places. Feel free to join us !
Our family occasionally hosts special occasion parties at our home where we cook lots of food, play games and do karaoke.

We live in a quiet family friendly complex area full of town houses.
Our townhouse has 3 floors, 4 bedrooms, 1 full kitchen, Dining room, Living room, 2 bathrooms ( 1 is with bathtub).

**THINGS TO TAKE NOTE***


-If it is a couple occupying the room ++ $200
-Each room has a double bed so can fit siblings, couple
-Basement level has a twin size bed but room is very spacious and big.
- You will have your own Fridge ( shared with other students)
-You will have full access to our kitchen in which you can utilize our stove, oven and microwave and prepare your own food. ++ Additional $$ if you want us to cook your meals.
-Unlimited WIFI
-You have full access to our laundry but this will be done 1 a week. You can choose any day from MONDAY-FRIDAY. Detergent etc are included in fee.
- Minimum stay is 2 months and maximum stay is whenever
- Bus stops are about 10 min walk from the house and to the skytrains.
-Our house is a 5-10 min walk to Guildford town center shopping mall, landmark cinema, recreation centers, groceries stores, Library
