Hi Future Tenants,

We are a Filipino family of three living and working in Surrey, British Columbia. We are offering a homestay in our home—a 2016-built, 3-level house with a spacious basement suite divided into two sections, including three bedrooms, a shared kitchen, and two full washrooms. The available room shares a washroom with one other male tenant, while the third room has its own private en-suite. The room will be available for occupancy on August 1, 2025.

Our location is ideal for students and working professionals:
• Just a 9-minute walk to Gateway SkyTrain Station, providing quick access to Downtown Vancouver.
• Only a 5-minute SkyTrain ride to Douglas College at New Westminster Station.
• A 15-minute walk to Central City Mall, Surrey Central SkyTrain Station, and SFU Surrey Campus.
• Close to major bus routes and transit hubs.

The vacant bedroom is well-sized and comes with its own closet. The two other bedrooms are currently occupied by responsible male tenants, both working professionals. The shared kitchen includes cabinet storage, basic appliances, and a cozy living area.

We are a warm and welcoming Filipino family, and our household includes our 22-year-old daughter. We speak both English and Tagalog, and we prioritize providing our tenants with privacy, kindness, and a respectful living environment—especially for international students.
