Homestay in 加拿大 － Halifax
Hello, my name is Marnie. I am looking to share my non-smoking 3-bedroom apartment in Clayton Park. One room is already rented out to a Dalhousie student (female). I have previously hosted students from Japan, South Korea, Brazil, and Belize and am familiar with the homestay lifestyle. I have a good average-sized bedroom with large closet (built-in shelves) and large windows. The room is furnished with bed, desk, nightstand, lamps, TV, and mirror. There are 2 full bathrooms, so one is shared with the other student. There is in-suite laundry. The kitchen and living space are shared. Of note, there is 1 adult cat on premises (very friendly). I have street access from the apartment directly in front of 2 bus stops (1 express bus to downtown/university) on Farnham Gate Rd, beautiful walking paths directly behind the building (Belchers Marsh), and super close to Bayers Lake shopping stores. All utilities included as well as food and high-speed internet. I look forward to hearing from you!
