Homestay in 加拿大 － Halifax
We have a large bright bedroom with a double bed, bureau, chair, end table, lamp, computer desk and double closet on the 2nd floor of our family home for rent here in the northend of Halifax. There will be access to laundry facilities on premises, high speed internet, on #7 bus route, close to shopping, Universities, Community College, and other amenities. Television is in living room so we can enjoy your company and get to know you. We would like you to join in the activities of the household if possible. Our daughters' snoodle (schnauzer and poodle) dog is here daily during the week and is very friendly and full of energy but we would prefer no more animals. Smoking is allowed outside. We have a large deck for when the weather gets warmer to enjoy. We have been enjoying the company of international students for over 11 years who have attended ECLC, ILLC, Dalhousie and SMU. We are both retired and have 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren living in the area. We are very interested in sharing our knowledge of Nova Scotia and Canada and we are very interested to learn about other countries and traditions.Person should be personable, family oriented, hard working and clean. Room would be perfect for quiet, mature student or adult.
