Homestay in 澳大利亚 － 墨爾本
We are an Australian female home looking for female students to join us as after 2 years our other students are moving on.
We have birds & a cat, so we are wanting someone who's friendly with animals.
We have many bus services near us as we living next to Wellington Road Wheelers Hill (the main road)
I am open to different payment arrangements if only including dinner only which will make the weekly price less but can chat about options when you reach out,but due to safety the gas cooker isn't available for students to use.
Ideally looking for a longer term student but happy to negotiate shorter terms.
2 weeks rent & 2 weeks bond will be required (but bond will be paid back when you move after giving 2 weeks notice.
There will be 2 rooms available at different dates as mentioned.
