Very mature, nice, and beautiful community. In the heart of Great Toronto Area. Very convenient to close city, such as Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Downtown Toronto, and Scarborough, etc. Near Library, banks, Zion Heights Junior High School, A Y Jackson Secondary School, and Toronto International School, Adventure Valley. TTC Bus #42, #51 straight to subway station.

The location is very convenient for both study and living. The main intersection is Cummer and Leslie. 2 minutes walking to bus stop 42, 8 minutes to stop 51, and both are straight to subway station. Walking distance to Zion Heights Junior High School and A Y Jackson High School. 15 minutes to Private School - Toronto International College by bus 42. 10 minutes driving to Seneca College. Very easy to drive to highway 401 and 404, heading to downtown, Scarborough, Markham, Richmond Hill, and Vaughan within 30 minutes.
