We have hosted students over the previous 5 years and have enjoyed our experiences. We live in a new home in a new and quiet neighbourhood that is close to amenities and that is only a 2 minute walk to a BC Transit bus stop that connects to numerous routes. We live in the Westshore which is a beautiful area. It is close to Royal Bay Secondary School as well as Royal Roads University. We are also close to parks, walking trails, the ocean and all emenities including the close by Westshore Mall. Good sized bedroom available with a full 4 piece bathroom shared by only our students.
